Take Control of Your Future

Are you at a point in your professional career or your personal life where you are seeking new answers?  Do you feel stuck or perhaps overwhelmed with life's commitments and daily routines?  Have lost your passion for what you've been doing?  Are you seeking to grow in your career?

Coaching is a co-creative process where you and your coach navigate these questions and many others.  Coaching can help you find clarity and focus.  Coaching can help you identify your passions or rekindle dreams.  Coaching can provide direction and help you create a plan and a road map to move forward.

Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is designed for individuals who are executives or who wish to work toward becoming an executive.  Topics include addressing professional barriers, overcoming imposter syndrome, developing empathy and leadership skills, defining priorities and delegating responsibilities.

Leadership Coaching

Leadership coaching is designed to help clients enhance their influence and impact on others.  In leadership coaching we focus on the skills and abilities you need to become an effective leader in your life.  The principles covered in leadership coaching apply in your professional lives and your personal life.  Whether you are seeking to lead a company or lead your family, leadership coaching can enhance your life.

Life Coaching

Life Coaching is designed to address personal growth and development.  Topics covered in this arena include self-esteem, stress management, work-life balance, identifying passions, managing life's demands, self-care, and accountability.

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is available for all coaching types offered.  Group coaching typically includes a minimum of 6 to 8 participants and can have as many as 12 to 16 individuals.  Group coaching allows for a collaborative environment among peers with similar interests and goals.  This type of coaching is beneficial in work environments and personal groups.
