Leadership Coaching
Leadership coaching is designed to help clients enhance their influence and impact on others. In leadership coaching we focus on the skills and abilities you need to become an effective leader in your life. Life Coaching
Life Coaching is designed to address personal growth and development. Topics covered in this arena include self-esteem, stress management, work-life balance, identifying passions, managing life's demands, self-care, and accountability.
Group Coaching
Group Coaching is available for all coaching types offered. Group coaching typically includes a minimum of 6 to 8 participants and can have as many as 12 to 16 individuals. Group coaching allows for a collaborative environment among peers with similar interests and goals. This type of coaching is beneficial in work environments and personal groups.
