Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is designed to allow you the one-on-one time with your coach to focus on your goals and your passions and bring clarity to each. Once you are clear on your WHY, then we can focus on your HOW. Whether you are seeking to grow professionally or personally, these coaching sessions will bring you results! The plan includes two coaching sessions a month, access to your coach through email and text, and your own private coaching portal which allows you to track your activities, review past session notes, and receive updates between sessions.

Individual Coaching
Individual coaching designed to maximize the accountability element of coaching. Four monthly sessions increase level of commitment on both the client and coach. However, as a result, clients historically see achievements at a faster rate and are able to address more topics each month with their coach. In addition to your time with your coach, you will have your own designated coaching portal to engage with your coach and track your ongoing progress.
